I've been working on this since the autumn of 2023. That means: I forgot about the song for uhh... about 4... MAYBE 5 months...
So yeah! Another song for the album. If you don't know, I have an album where each song represents a season. Last time, it was autumn, now it's winter and next time, I'm going for spring. Tbh I have absolutely no idea of what I want to do for spring. Probably some happy orchestra stuff. I do have a drumset, I could just play live! Actually, I might do that
This song is made to remind you of the coziness of being inside, sitting/lying on one of these long-haired carpets that grandmas always have, right in front of a fireplace. Also contains some cold elements because you know... it's winter...

And yeah, the piano sample is really nostalgic. I think it's from KSHMR but it also could be Cymatics... One of these. Definitely.
