I actually know the author of this piece, and I think he probably wouldn't be too pleased of someone just randomly posting his stuff. You really should ask the artist himself if he's willing to share his stuff at NG beforehand.

Well this song may not be yours but uploading it to NG may not be illegal in any way for all we know the original artist made it free to redistribute but you should have added the name of the OA to this so that we atleast knew who it was done by.

Good song, but you can't just upload it to Newgrounds, even if you say it isn't yours; uploading allows people to use it in their flashes, and you simply don't have the right to speak for the musician who made the song for them to do so.

Suggestion: Take it down.
