Originally finished this at mid September, but me and my friend(who drew the cover art, tysm) had been busy with university so apparently I'm uploading in December. :P
This song was heavily inspired by Porter Robinson's 2nd album 'Nurture'(especially the song 'Something Comforting'). For the lyrics, I tried to reflect how I think of creating something and what art means to me.
Also I was lucky enough to go to Nurture live tour and had an amazing time, so I really wanted to capture what I felt during the concert; both for the sounds and emotions. I tried to emulate the album's aesthetics while adding my own twist(or maybe just skill issue, idk) here and there.
I'm starting to question myself about what my unique style is, or do I even have enough uniqueness yet, but it's not gonna be easy to find right now so...yeah. I'll have to keep explore more, or emulate something else on my own until I have something 'myself'. One day......
Anyways, hope you enjoy this song.

---- By our own creations,
we all want to resonate with each other. ----
Not everything will stay the same again
The lasting lies and passing time
slip off within our hands
The moments, cherished in our word
The stories inside us, wanting to be heard
will come alive within the sound
Emotions we cannot contain
Daydreaming about the choices and the fate
The puzzle pieces will become
the reasons to create
Too much thoughts, too little time to say
What can we do to wounded soul
if it cannot be tamed
When the memory hurts too much to tell
hence cannot be truthful to our inner self
It can be healed but not alone
Recreation of our scars and souls
Reflection of what we've wanted to exist-
The trembling heartstring echoes back
enough for us to hear
---- let yourself unfold. ----
Recreation of our scars and souls
Reflection of what we've wanted to exist-
The trembling heartstring echoes back
enough for us to hear
Forever, the creation lives
along with the time and space it had exist
all of our questions will come back
to heal us all someday
