Thanks! I'm not really sure either, I think the most similar genre is probably ambient avant-garde or experimental plunderphonics, which still isn't specifically music from the 1930's. Another similar genre might be something like dark ambient. To be honest its too bad that there isn't really a specific genre tied to this type of music, although, I would personally call this 'liminal' feeling music, because It just has that sort of feeling to it.
