I felt this emptiness as I was composing this song. It has been reminding me so much of what I have been through in my life that I believed it was genuine. Lately, they become short lived. And I don't seem to feel the emotion that was needed in the situation. No more tears in sad times, no joy in my happiest occasions, and no connection in talking with people. I felt... empty. Emotionless and hateful... It's gripping my heart to a point that I felt it might implode. I just wish I can feel genuine emotions...
