Any part with the harmonized guitars sound sick as fuck. I'm impressed you made a 100 dollar guitar sound that good.
I tried doing something different this time and following a theme instead of just playing whatever happened to be in my head at the moment. The theme being "spoiled child." As such the song switches back and forth between being down and aggressive or climbing and being melodic, in the same way a spoiled child will throw a tantrum until they get what they want, only for their good behaviour to last until they find something new that they want.
Also holy shit that paired solo about three quarters of the way through the song SUUUUUUUCKED to do. I spent six hours trying to record each left and right track in one go, only to realize after I'd finally done it that I could've cut it up into quarters. The main problem was the fact that I played everything on a cheap Chinese made $100 Epiphone Les Paul Special Express, which is a 3/4 scale guitar. I couldn't get the harmonics right for the lower range on the right track and it was driving me nuts.
