I usually hate modern - hip hop. ^^ But this song's not bad dude, the change of the background sounds is refreshing (not typical for hip hop) and kills the usually boring constancy of hiphop. Earlier as I've heard hip hop always hated the monotony in it, hmm maybe you find some of the suggestion interesting:
-bring some effects to the rap (try flanger, echo, or a kind of distortion or maybe overdrive, or even add the same rap to the original, but some steps lower so a double voice is created, you'll have MUCH fun you'll see! Use some effects and change them sometimes in the song, in the right time and you'll get even more fresh variety)
-add some movement to the song (for example a kind of change in the beat, maybe for some additional sounds which appear and disappear) try some alternative drum sounds for connotation of the rhythm
-even more variety (don't forget the bassline, again let it appear and disapper, don't be affraid to add some more melodic stuff, so your song will get much more identity, don't be afraid of making experiments, if you don't want to sound like thousands of other rappers)
-and again variety: you can also change the whole mood (don't know your other songs, so simple write this down too), try to bring some more emotions to the voice, try to change the tone, or try to rap a simple melody, or adding a background singing, or a refrain

Well I'm not a rapper (actually I listen to metal most of the time) and I can't teach you, these were only ideas you can consider them or ignore them, but use your own head.
