I like this a lot as it feels really chaotic but it's not chaotic in a bad way but in a good way. It matchs the lyrics and the meanings that could be implied from those lyrics. It feels chaotic because it could show how when you let go of someone or something that hurts you, you can notice the changes in the way you feel. You start to realize that maybe it's better to leave them or no longer have that one thing that made you feel that way because you've noticed that they may have been the one causing you to feel that way. The chaotic feel of the song also progresses and it becomes more chaotic towards the end. The start is really calm and it sounds very melancholic compared to the later parts which could imply that you're remembering the way you felt when you were with that person. The buildups are a mix between being chaotic and melancholic. They have elements of both sides in them which could show that you don't know if you should be with that person or not. You're thinking about whether or not it's the right decision and what could happen if you do leave them but because of how you feel around them, you question if staying is the correct choice as well. The later parts like the drops are more heavier and chaotic than the other parts which could imply that you've realized that it's better to not to be with that person. It's more heavier and chaotic because it shows how much you've changed and how you no longer have the same feelings or thoughts about that person that you were with.

Anyway, I really like what you've done with both the buildups and the drops. The buildups in this are probably my favourite thing about it. I can't really describe my thoughts about them but I think they really help to give the song a meaning. As for the drops, I like how how they are the opposite of the buildups in a way. The buildups have a more of a calming feeling so you might expect the drops to be a mix between being calm and being intense but instead they're just intense. Other than that, I have nothing else to say about this.
