Ginger Is My Kitty Cat - Is a song about my previous cat named, Ginger, who sadly passed away early this year.

He was a cat who's previous owners abandoned when they moved, and he kept showing up in front of my dad's house for food. So he took him in and then drove him from Texas to California, so I can be his new mom.

He was an old man. A 14-year-old cat that had this cigarette kind of meow. So I included it a lot in the song if you're confused by it.

I was literally obsessed with this cat. Photos of him took up 80% of my phone, where I had to upgrade to the 2TB plan.

Unfortunately, Ginger had gotten skin cancer that traveled from his hip to his head. There was no way we could get him the radiation and surgery he needed if it were all over his body, nor did we have the money, and he was at a very old age. He lived another happy 2–3 years with us without any issues, until the tumor on his head became too big and painful.

We had to put him down in January of this year, and it made me cry my eyes out for months. It has made this year feel very long.

Him and I had such a special connection and ill always remember him in my heart.

So I made this song about him a month before his death, since we were big goof balls together.
