You've done it again
this is a very catchy song very upbeat and just plain easy to listen too keep up the good work
I started playing with some chords yesterday and i strung a few together that sounded reasonably good. Too late in the night to get recording so i left it 'til today and started out on Cubase, The song is by no means finished, i ain't happy with the mix or the bass plus there is the addition of vocals to come. But i would still very much like to know what you think of it.

nice
itz really good i love all your stuff u do a great job keep up the good work
Great potential.
I love all of your stuf dude. I have it all on my ipod and itunes. The only thing about some of them is that the sound of the guitars are a bit off. Especially in this one. Its too sharp and would maybe sound nice with and acoustic playing chords? THe lead guitar is also a bit too sharp and would sound nice with a slow smooth wah-wah effect instead of tinny overdrive. But really good. Keep them coming please.
Pretty nice!
Pfff, where to begin? Not talking about the sound here as it's WIP. It's a bit hard to pick out the actual lead since it's drowns in the mix. I also find that the guitars are a bit too sharp in general. Maybe you should think of soften them a little? I don't know, that's what just comes to my mind. The build up is pretty good. First the rhythm guitar, first lead + bass, drums and after that the "real" lead guitar. Nothing to bug about there.
Though, you where a little bit off somtimes but I assume that was all because of the WIPness. ;)
As SBB already mentioned the distorted lead just doesn't feel right. At least in the way it's played. The distortion is horrible to be honest. Sounds like something from a 15 W amp. Not very well fitting with the rest. My idea for that section is: Smooth out the lead, find a better, not as sharp guitar tone and add a layer where you play some harmonics with the strong lead. I guess that it will have a nice effect on the track.
Drums sound pretty good in the way they are. I hope you will make them a little more diverse. Other than that, like em.
The Bass is fine with me...a bit more treble maybe? Just a suggestion.
Anyways, pretty cool so far. 4/5! :)
I spare the 5 for the real thing! ;)
hey man finnaly get a response about a month later eh haha. so i need a brighter less distorted lead. K good. I think the sharpness is down to my playing hard not the actual sounds or notes. trad' build up no surprises there, it is a classic 'pop rock' tune afterall.
Yea im gonna reavaluate that lead, maybe revise and change it all together what's played and how it sounds. the promise is as i have already explianed i aint a lead guitarist, or at least a confident one, im very reluctant to do it, but i will. riffing is my game along with rhytmn.
Drums as pointed out, its retaining that live sound without making it too technical and sometimes finding that line is very hard. But i know what you mean.
Ooooooo you actually think the bass works haha. cheers
thanks for the review man
