I closed my eyes, just to rest for a bit, I'm so tired.

I closed my eyes but something is off, I feel like I will not be able to open them anymore, never.

I woke up, terrified, confused and desoriented.

I rested for 1 minute.

I need to sleep or I'm gonna die, but I'm dying anytime I sleep, what can I do?

I've spent 2 months barely sleeping because of a type of INSOMNIA called myoclonus. (Myoclonie in french, Secousse hypnique).

It felt like that sleeping is dying, that was purely psychological, I was having a really bad time.

It's treated now, but I needed heavy duty sleeping pills for about one month, which is affecting my memory even then I stopped them about 1 year ago.

And I can tell, we have many senses for feeling space around us, MEMORY is for feeling time, which is more or less abstract for me from now on.
