In this version, I've changed a few things compared to the old one, including these:
- Lead Moog now has porta and mono on it, I like that sound a bit better.
- Added a second layer to the main rhythm synth to give it a more raw sound.
- Added two new synths to the song, in order to get some countermelodies in.
- Finished the basic Gerudo Valley song. The older version lacked a section.
- Inserted a small melody of my own.
Overall, I'd say the song it about 70% done as it is now. I want to add some more stuff, but I'd rather get some feedback on this one first, so I know what to change.
Remixing songs without listening to the original is hard. The Gerudo Valley melody just popped up in my head and I went on and made this remix. I only listened to a midi of it and an mp3 recording of the song in OoT for the first time 5 minutes ago. :P

You know....
I think that having not actually heard the origional song made it better ^_^! You did a good job making it origional instead of trying to force a 'remake' down people's ears. Great job. Sounds like it's finished to me as well as an earlier post, but whatever, i'm sure that whatever you have in mind will make it even more epic!

I tried making the song as original as I could, whilst remaining true to Koji Kondo's masterpiece (hence the synth riff for instance). There's still a lot of melodies running through my head to use in here.

Thats...ummm...
i'd say thats unique cuz i didn't hear many people using these kinds of tunes. some might not like it,but i have an opened mind for anything,and after looping it bout 2-3 times i figured it's actually cool,a lil bit random,but cool =)
so i'd say keep it up! 5/5,10/10

Thanks for saying it's unique! I got this tune sitting in my head, went over the NG Audio Portal and thought "hey, there's no dance remix of this song... Let's make it!". Problem is, I don't really listen to dance and trance that much, so I'm just improvising on what I THINK sounds good for the genre... Might explain the randomness of it all. Thanks for the positive review and I will certainly try to keep it up. :-D

Overall=Very nice ;)
Overall the song is very nice, but i don't one of the synths i think it starts at 0:38. Btw: the appregiated synths you use in the end sound good. But im generous today so gave it a 5/5 ;)

I think the synth you don't like is the Moog that plays the lead. It sounds a bit different compared to the other parts it plays when it does the intro to the song, that might explain why you don't like it there. I'll keep it in mind though and tweak it a bit more.

i liked it alot but in my oppinion *im a crazy person* you need a section with guitars and drums for a total rockout with the techno in the backround in peter griffins words SAAWWEEEET

Hahahaha, mixing guitars and techno. Sounds a bit F-Zero GX to me. Maybe I'll try it in another song, when I get more familiar with my sequencers and get someone to record the guitar part for me.
