I wrote this over six years ago, back when I still was in high school. It was one of the first things I recorded. This is the hard remix, that me and my friend Andy put together, in an attempt to liven the song up and make it a a little more dynamic. Everything here was done in ModPlug Tracker, all the vocals were recorded with the Sound Recorder utility included with Windows.

Also, I always have, and probably always will, hate singing.

what the fuck is wrong with people! why does music have to be PRETTY and CLEAN...the lyrics to this remind me of something Trent Reznor-esque..and ive listened to this a couple times now and im realizing more and more that these other people that reviewed, no offense, dont seem to notice original good music when the hear it....its too noisy? good! its too garbled together? fucking perfect! haha

Yeah, I was listening to too much NIN back then (totally love 'Ghosts', by the way), and I'm sure that leaked into my song writing. I like this song, and chose to submit it to Newgrounds, because it's so strange, but yet has an accessable pop-song style structure, so that it could still be used in a flash or whatever.

Messy

It's just too garbled together. Really needs some work, and the samples aren't very good, either. Once everything quiets down and there's only a few things going, you can see the potential.

You're absolutely right. Unfortunately, I don't have the original files anymore, so I can't change anything. I really posted this mainly because I loved how experimental it was, and just how plain weird it is, and try to have the music that I submit here be as varied as possible.

Good but starts out a bit too experimental IMHO

I don't really like the way the samples line up at the beginning, but that's a matter of personal preference I guess. I'd give it a lower rating if it weren't filed under misc. I think the transition to a more regular beat at around a minute and a half in was executed well and I like it from that point.

I guess you're right. That is why I decided to file it under "Misc", but I've always liked the weird, experimental element of this song.
