Outerblue City

Welcome to the futuristic city situated on the surface of a vast ocean. Everything here is powered by water thanks to the Blue Planet Power plant. Residents of this city typically travel with motorboats or hovercars. Some of the motorboats can hover above the water! Why not take a jetski and speed around the city? Or drive across presumably the planet's largest bridge, located right here!! The greatest and only metropolis that is right on top of the ocean awaits you, but this place also could test your skills of survival, considering that some of the most advanced criminals live here...

I worked really hard polishing this song. I started working on this in late July and I wanted to post it in August, but I wanted to make this the perfect song.
