yeah so basically I just randomly decided to remix one of the most iconic 80s songs into what sounds like end credits music of an old Nintendo game lol

Honestly though, the idea of making video game/chiptune adaptations out of popular mainstream music is really interesting to me, and part of the inspiration for me making this remix were @Seth’s covers.

Also it’s kind of funny to me how little this ended up sounding like the original song by The Police, basically the only similarities are the melodies haha

my only feedback is the percussion until 0:52 and after 1:10 - the kick is played on the off-beat as well as the beat. instead of a kick on the off-beat you could have used a bass or something to fill the space. :)
