This song has two meanings:

1. My project was called "Flow from Progressive" which references "Flo" from the insurance company "Progressive". Yes. I actually finished it and called it that. It's all thanks to Twitch chat on my stream, haha. It was fun.

2. The more serious meaning: This song is all about finding the flow/style you have in music and using it to it's fullest.
