I have not played the games before (I wanted to years ago) but I do hear some cords that sound about the same.
Tight and watery, as in a sudden-death situation, it somehow fits the main character of a certain action-fantasy Tapas webcomic (to which I have come to like and sometimes theorize ever since) and her rather-interlinked past, judging from the pulsating bass and drum samples that are wholly present in this DnB track.
This is a definite 5-star from yours truly!
