Here it is. My second ever attempt at anything somewhat close to dubstep. What happened to my first, you may ask? Well, I'm never publishing that. It's bad. I'll explain why: The first step in making dubstep (at least for me) was learning how to synthesize basses and things. I watched a nice video on YouTube about Serum resynthesis, so I gave it a try. I made a bunch of basses, but they all kinda sounded like the same horrible squelchy basses. They weren't good. And I used them anyway. However, I eventually realized what my mistake was: I was automating way too much stuff and I linked all of it to the same clip. So then I tried making another bass where the bend+ and EQ highpass/lowpass were on different macros. I got a pretty nice tearout sounding fellow (at least I like to think it's tearout) and I made this with it because I wanted to try automating pitch. I didn't plan on releasing this, but I'm pretty proud of it and I want to know what y'all think. Please lmk. Also I tried being as realistic as I could for the drums and I think it went really well.
