This was a song I originally made for Jamuary, and while this is essentially the same thing, it's also not lol.

Full disclaimer, that's not me rapping and I certainly did NOT write the lyrics lol.

I've been learning all about vocal mixing, compression, etc. and I thought it'd be a good idea to practice what I'd learned, on really the only song I've made (so far) with vocals. I wanted to replace the original track I posted, but they sounded so different that I decided to keep both so I can use the old one to measure my progress, or something idk.

This was a great exercice, cuz the next song I'll be making for my synthwave album will have vocals, from a female singer to be specific. I'm thinking of finding a singer on newgrounds for that or hiring one on fiverr, which ever comes first. Once she's done with the vocals, I'll obviously have to mix it afterwards, so ya.
