I update my gear recently and have been updating a lot of my tracks, but I felt this one should at least have an original version posted somewhere. I went through some pretty hard times a few years ago, I use to play this riff over and over. The lyrics I had written were about taking my life. The main synth rhythm is all done on bass, I thought it was pretty good and sometimes I thought I should stick around just because I was ok at bass guitar.

Having those thoughts are awful, and I am fortunate to have had an outlet for those feelings. I know a lot of people are having them, and it is ok to have the thoughts. Its just not ok to act on it. You are worth having here.
