This is a remix of "Mechaniker" by Trevor Coleman, a track from the American TV show Animal Face-Off.

The original soundtrack has also been used in Justice League, specifically for the main man himself, Lobo and in the anime Basilisk, albeit under the name "Ninpou Okami Ran". The remix combines the two versions together, assuming Lobo as an F-ZERO: X racer, taunting his rivals along the way.
