I remember listening to this song in particular, and it was one of those scenarios where I was like: "yes it definitely is a fully fleshed out song and has plenty of vibes that set the tone/stage well for the lyrics, but it could be so much more expansive and adventurous." So I kind of just randomly started workshopping the vocals, and came out with this beauty! I swear I make the best stuff when I drop my guard and just try things, it's weird.
