blues isn't about fast OR slow

it's about feeling. you had good feeling until you started shredding and stopped accenting notes. its good to shred in blues don't get me wrong, just make sure there's breaks or that the shredding is working towards a climax.

your good.....but blues isnt all about speed. i kinder felt that it was just about showing off how fast you can play. it made it kind of messy in places

real blues that goes deeper should have plenty of slow notes that you can bend like hell. a good example is paul butterfield......oh man he makes the bles melt in his hands

It was good

The thing that made me put it down to and 8, is that instead of resting, you add extra notes that mess up the rhythym, blues has a lot do with improvision.
