WISE 1828+2650 is a brown dwarf in the constellation Lyra. It is located at a distance of about 47 sv. years (14 parsecs) from the Sun. At the time of its discovery, it was the smallest and coldest known brown dwarf.

It belongs to the spectral class Y2[2]. The temperature is 250-400 °K (-23 - +127 °C). It is one of the closest neighbors of the Solar system.

The brown dwarf was discovered by the WISE Space Telescope.
