"You're a diamond, dear. They can't break you."

This song was written and performed by me with Ableton Live 10 in 2021. You may recognize the melody here from other songs I've made. To let you in on an open secret, I reuse melodies all the time. Not because I'm lazy, but because of the personal meaning attached to them. People have told me they're like little Easter eggs. Anyways, thank you so much for listening. I may do an extended version. It was originally longer, but I thought it worked better as a short, simple piece. As always, you're free to download this track and use it however you like. I love you always. Have a nice spaghetti.

Reminds me of the title screen theme to a visual novel I read back in 2014, Ever17. There's a slight melancholy to it and I like it.

Bertn1991 responds:

Ah, glad I could bring back those memories. Thanks for listening~

I need to make an animation for this at some point!

Bertn1991 responds:

That would be most awesome :D

Definitely like Easter Eggs and it helps give a lot of your music an ongoing theme of "Bertness" throughout. <3

Bertn1991 responds:

Muchly appreciatory, good sir. Bertness is what I strive for.

Hope you're doing well (~ ̄▽ ̄)~
