Crosses boarders a bit...
You kinda feel like you're watching someone drinking coffee in a cafe, where the radio switches from acid jazz to some french thing, talking about how cultured they are. I think the piano is really nice, I'm just not so keen on the drum kit. That however is my problem, as I just do not like traditional drum kit sounds! That kick at the beginning was something I really liked though. At the hell with it. give it a 5!
Yes, use of traditional drumkits is a major peice of my music. I must be the opposite, as I hate almost all techno drumkits (except the 808 of course!). Anyhow, acid jazz? Sweet, I think I just created a new genre lol! Glad you liked the piano too. Its really fun to write music based on a piano part. Glad you liked it!
Well, you added me on myspace so if you really wanted to know the story behind this song you could read my blog called... Sarajevo Armedia? Something like that. It's weird shit man. Thanks for the review!
gotta be some weird blog
I get everything but 90% of the tunes. As if you WANTED the tunes to sound weird-ass. Not my cup of tea (xept the bassline), but technically well-made. 3/5
Well, theres a long story behind my style. But my name is Myxibrium, a half-spider, half-slug that spins webs and creates balance. So yes, I like weird. Actually, more specifically, controlled chaos. And I'm surprised you like the bassline of this song, I thought it was one of the worst I've made. But anyhow thanks for taking the time to make a review! I dont mind what anyone votes as long as they tell me why they voted that way.
this is like...... awesome
Thank you! Um... It sort of reminded me of a The Mars Volta song called L'Via L'Viaques or something like that... there's a piano part in that song that always intrigued me. Maybe that's where I got the idea, idk. Usually when I write music it's just something that randomly pops in my head one day so it's very possible.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
