It sounds like it should be in Super Mario Bros. 3, I don't know why... It could be background music for the inside of a weird Rito shrine or something in a Zelda game, hahaha, the lack of melody makes it seem that way, that it should be in a house or something on Dragon Roost, maybe an ice cave... I don't know, but I like it.

You got the part that you are actually doing right, you just need the melody. If you added the melody it would be much better
