Not bad for your second attempt!

Things I would recommend :
1. New VSTs, such as z3ta+, Nexus, Vanguard, etc.
2. New samples, such as Vengeance Essential Clubsounds Vol 1 & 2, Vengeance Effects and a few other packs you could find as well.
3. Learn your note composition. Learn how to create melodies using correct notes to a chord or scale.

You'll get the hang of it eventually. Check out www.serious-sounds.net , they have a ton of tutorials, tips, etc... Helped me a lot with stuff.

Pretty much the same

As your first song. You added a pad in there that added to the song, but not to the feel it had in the begining. Still looking for melodies. Anyway dude keep trying, its a long road ahead of ya.
