i love that you transformed the same sample j dilla used for "u-love". of course i prefer u-love more, and "donuts" as an album, it being one of my most played albums of all time and what not, but i think this was building upon what dilla did. similar to kanyes chipmunk sampling style, and i enjoy it a lot! using samples that other artists have used is a good way to sound like those artists you love and find your sample to flip. good song!

I know that about a year ago when I was deep into depression and only slept 3 hours a night, I would be in this... miserable drunken-like state. I would make some sketches for about an hour and promptly pass out from exhaustion. Actually it's what got me back into art for the first time in several years. Made me feel better. Art is a great coping-mechanism.
