"Checkpoint" is a fresh take on acid techno -- less dry than is the norm for the genre -- driven by deep kick drums, a swelling and ever-so-slightly-changing 303 pattern, and waves of analog and digital synth pads splashing out in every direction. Allow yourself to be immersed in the energy of this strange dimension while you're still flying through it, as you will be soon passing through to the other side.
