Hey guys,back with another new piece to dive in an' explore what could have been Dai-Mazinger. This time - with an April Fool's joke that eluded me waaay back years ago on 2013 which I thought it was real but turns out was an Animedia magazine April Fool's back in the 80's: https://www.deviantart.com/…/Zeta-Final-Mazinger-from-Mazin…
So I took it as an inspiration and design to further develop my drawing skills.
Here's a what if Mazinger meets Jeeg combination (which I've been told time and time again) in my own interpretation if it had been in an 80's style OVA. I know it doesn't appear in Dai-Mazinger concept sketches and the likes but I like to dive into the concept as we go by. If we have Mazinger Infinity,why not a gigantic Mazinger in the form of a centaur.
