i think the biggest issue here is the Model... Anatomically speaking its rather undefined.
there is very little hinting at the muscle or bone structure that should exist underneath.
her Feet look Really Odd...
and though i haven't seen a wire frame render i suspect your Topology is pretty bad also adds some Odd deformations.
Something that is a bit inconsistent is the fact that you have a texture solution for Fur and a particle hair solution for hair.... its really hard to strattle this line.
you should probably giver her polygon hair or gif her particle fur...
to make it look more consistent.
Clothing is just wonky... you need a better solution... possibly an outfit change. you cant just skin a skirt to her armature and expect it to work well. you dont necessarily have to go for dynamic clothing...
other then that your materials and texture seem to be spot on.
you nailed her eyes.
I feel with a bit more work this could be amazing!
