Celebration doodle for Skullgirls' 10th anniversary (April 10th). This was actually a part of the Cerebella marathon I'd started on twitter earlier this month where I'd do a daily drawing of her leading up to her birthday on the 11th. I decided to include Filia in this one to call back to the earlier promo-art for the game where she and Cerebella were presented more as the poster-characters for the game at the time.

If you can't already tell, Skullgirls has had an immense influence on my artwork and was my key game to get me into fighting games, which I'd once hated, but is now my favorite game genre next to platformers. I'd been playing since it launched, and while I'm still absolute dogwater 'till this day, I still love it and have been closely watching the game grow over time.
