He doesn't need a flash light or anything to use to see in the dark because he can already shine some light to see :D

I like the style and when his hairs shine. It' s a good idea. You should add some blur at sun for bigger shine effect but it could lag it so hard, so I think is well made.

You know what? I ACTUALLY added the blurry heat effect first, but it made the animation way to "heavy". :'> Was kinda bummed about it.
I like it but the mouth bounce seems weird

It's actually literally attached to the head! But I think I see what you mean, maybe it's the little rotation
