Ever since this moment in Part 27 of NicoB's Fire Emblem: Three Houses Let's Play, I've been wanting to draw Lelouch vi Britannia and Edelgard von Hresvelg together. I was certain the Flame Emperor would end up being Edelgard's mother so Edelgard would become her enemy and develop an intense drive to kill her similar to Lelouch's desire to kill his father. I pondered drawing Edelgard and Lelouch as the emperors of their respective nations once Nico reached that part of the game. Then this moment arrived and led me to draw the above image.
