The name itself is meaningless, it's an obfuscation of the Cutezome CONSOLIDATION's clandestine operations group, the Board of Secret Actions. They are sent as commandos deep into enemy lines to sabotage, and disrupt enemy operations.

Despite their association with CONSOLIDATION, they will often take matters on their own hands and even defying their superiors but have never done anything heinous to them hence the CONSOLIDATION's loose grip on them.

The Head of Operations, is most known by her callsign Odin 0-0(top-center).

Odin 0-0, was a former Lieutenant on the 17th Cutezome Expeditionary Force until their forces were suddenly caught on a crossfire between 2 factions of a foreign race, the Expeditionary Force was told to withhold firing their weapons at the combatants until a peace negotiation was settled between the 2 factions but the fighting was too intense between the 2 factions and one of the spacefighters crashed into the Mother Command Center's bridge.

Odin 0-0 survived but was the only one conscious and tried to save as many crew members are she could. The former General suffered grave injuries that would put him in early retirement and the contact with Colonel on the planet surface was jammed by the 2 faction's communications scramblers.

She was promoted into General after this incident but after this traumatic experience, she sought to make an organization that prevents disastrous grey moments like this.

Her two best agents, just known in their first names as Cream(right) and Crator(left).

Callsigns Delta-Hunter and Kilo-Lightning respectively-- they choose to not refer to each other like this.

Cream is the firearms and demolitions expert. She's usually the first to arrive to mission objectives to set-up "plan Bs," she's the designated marksman and her Stealth Suit has... Stealth Capabilities like optical camouflage and sound suppressors to make her move quietly.

Crator is master assassin, reconnaissance expert and technician. He's fast on his feet and even deadlier in melee combat. He is armed with a "light" saber-- a blade made out of extreme kinetic energy that can rip through virtually any material and special handcannon with variant ammunition for various utilities like signal flares, smoke screens and different types of grenades.
