Mister B.

One of only 20 members of the St. Devota Peace Corps, Mister B. is an elite keeper of the law, armed with a myriad of low-profile pieces of equipment intended to stop any threat to St. Devota's government as quickly and quietly as possible.

Recently he was sent down south into the region of Keguama to handle reports of a governor and official ally being held hostage. Even the locals that far from St. Devota's urban sprawl know that when that badge is seen headed into town, someone will be dead before sundown.
