This is the latest design of a fan character I made a long time ago: Lightning, the electric Net Navi.
I have an odd relationship with the Megaman franchise. I enjoy it more for the lore and characters rather than the games themselves. The only game I played back in the day was Battle Network 1, and recently, X Dive.
