The subtle vibrancy, shading and posing is very well made.
The words at the back really add a lot of character here, and I think you've managed to say a lot about her through this artwork. Great overall piece, keep it up!

I like the line-art, it's all clean and the flow is pulled off well. Give some more line weight variation a try, it may improve your style. Cel-shading was pulled off quite well although a better contrast (especially on the legs) would definitely be nice. The little notes you wrote around the piece is a nice touch but that shade of purple on the blue background makes it slightly difficult to read. Great work though!
