Been more than a while from here. Hoping to be more productive and churn out some more art here during the summer!

Two original designs I redid- if you look back, it’s literally the last art post I put out. With these redesigns, I’m vowing to commit more time into actually drawing and creating gooood stuff… and practice, of course.

These redesigns themselves might change over time as well- I definitely have some reservations on how Gel turned out color wise, but them’s the works. I’ll never get anywhere if I don’t color AT ALL.

So here’s to a full summer of self discovery!!!

Denkishi is on the left, and Gelatina is on the right.

Denkishi is an android with the same turning curiosity as a five-year-old human child. Doesn’t help that they can run faster than a speeding Honda civic and almost nonexistent decency.

Their wind-breaker jacket helps against high speeds, as when coupled with the booster shoes, go hand in hand. The jacket also catches any sunlight that slips through into the city, and converts it, turning it into energy for Denkishi.

Gelatina is a store runner just a couple blocks down from Denkishi. She’s a generally shy, laidback person. This is not the case whenever Hootenanny (the Jellyfish) is on her head however- which is most of the work week.

During breaks, since Denkishi is such a naive little gremlin, and mostly non-human, Gelatina doesn’t pass the opportunity to take them apart whenever they get on her nerves. It isn’t until she gets absolutely fed up with how Denkishi treats it like a playground game, that she ultimately gives up and gets back to work.
