Admittedly, he's not as scary as when I made him last year near Halloween...
Billy here was suppose to be a one off character, but then had the random idea to make an analog horror series involving him (pending to be made at all). There's a lot of lore that's related to the horror series, but that's not cannon yet so... just know that he likes to dismember people, as you can clearly see from his name. I took inspiration from Jason, cuz it's Jason... why would I not?
