Base on the scene from the famous 90s animated vhs film: The Bacon Hair... what's that? You never heard of that movie?
Anyways, this is just me testing out the retro/vhs effect that I have been using on photopea (I can't afford photoshop LMAOO) and I wanna thank Sunday's Playzone and Barukurii for the tutorial.
I may do this more often and see if I could recreate more scenes like this :)
