This is Virquun Essen the black flash. Virquun is a extremely patriotic soldier of the New Terra Alliance Sky Strikers unit going face first into combat taking on enemies in the sky and on the ground with wrist mounted minigun and his dragon's breath that can be fire or powerful pressurized air bullets he fires. He has his third arm he uses to reload his weapons and use tools during flight.
