The Goddess of Creation has arrived! Holia is the creator Goddess of Universe: Holiopus. She is always trying to make the universe just a little more fun and/or interesting. She has written the laws of the other gods, space, time, and the universe with the power of the Baton of Creation. While not the Goddess of any particular species, she does play as conductor of the greatest orchestra in the universe: The Millennium Bards. These Bards are said to be the greatest heroes across the universe, each armed with an instrument of their choosing. They are also said to have the power to change the tides of war.

However, despite her powers she is the weaker of all the other gods. Once Holia has created a living being, she has no control over their actions. If she creates an object, she is bound by the laws of said object and can't make it do anything outside of it's intended purpose. She is also suffering from a slowly increasing depression, which is causing parts of the universe to slowly disappear at best, and fall into the abyss below Hell at worst.
