Akkine's happy, so, don't worry- Also, Zackery is anything he wants to be. He is an entity, afterall. You may use any pronouns, but his personal preference through the story is He/Him.
Akkine belongs to E.S. Zackery belongs to Ryo (me). Story of Zackery and Akkine belongs to E.S. and Ryo.
