Updated Character Profiles - Gwen and Lotho

I know I posted a set of these not too long ago, but I wasn't happy with the information I included on them and wanted to do a new drawing of Lotho. I'm also working on profile of some other characters, so keep an eye out.

What exactly was the changes?

Nothing too major: I mostly just reorganized the layout of the profiles, did a new drawing of Lotho and rewrote the bios since I wasn't happy with how the originals turned out.
