Dymmir, as a setting, is meant to be deliberately anachronistic to better accommodate the sexy fun times and I think that's best reflected in the food. You can see that, despite otherwise being a standard D&D-type setting, the local tavern serves dishes like burgers, sushi and ramen. It's a very odd menu, but one that's not unappreciated!
