Seeing some some dramatic improvements in your coloring. Nice improvements. Try to experiment with colored outlines. Try to back off with the airbrushed shading. That's one thing that will dramatically improve your work. I like this photo some. I am not sure which program you are using, but try to improve anatomy like me. I hope I do not come off harsh, but I do enjoy this work. My favourite part was the hat, being a really well down shape. Just try not to pet the line by doubling them, to fix this issue, use more than two layers for your line art.
