Well I guess it is piconjo in one way or another simple and fast and with him saying something, I think with this one you could have even animated it somehow, maybeshowcase people in the backround too, but overall it was fun simple and entertaining so nice job.

The eye facing the camera proportionally larger. The question mark dot like a droplet, like a bead of sweat to so suitably go with that face of desperation and/or total disorientation.
