Quite possibly one of the most obscure Murphy & Mitzi characters. (beyond ones that haven't appeared in any animations at all)
He never was given an official name, but given the gremlin energy he radiates even from his single appearance? He'd probably be a Randal.
Either way just like the rest of AJ's designs his slaps as well! Prolly why I decided to draw him.
